To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE) and a strong understanding of child protection legislation and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven experience in social work practice, particularly in child protection or safeguarding settings.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
