- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
- Providing ongoing support, advice, and guidance to families to promote positive change.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding plans.
- Staying informed of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working in children's services or a similar safeguarding environment.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively.
- Resilience and the ability to manage complex and challenging situations effectively.
