We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing tailored intervention plans, and providing ongoing support to help them achieve their goals. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and strengths. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. Providing counseling and support to clients facing various challenges, including mental health issues, family conflict, and substance abuse. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress. Collaborating with community organizations and agencies to connect clients with necessary resources.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with the relevant professional body. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Experience in case management and knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
