As a Qualified Social Worker in our Family & Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for:

Assessing the needs of children and families, ensuring their safety and welfare. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Conducting risk assessments and making informed decisions to safeguard children at risk. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A relevant degree in Social Work and valid Social Work registration. Proven experience in child protection and safeguarding practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively. Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies affecting children and families.
