As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures, and promoting best practices.
  • Providing advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders regarding safeguarding concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
