Join our dedicated Family Assessment and Support Team in Lincolnshire as a Children's Social Worker. We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual who is committed to improving the lives of children and families. In this role, you will assess the needs of children and their families, providing support and intervention to ensure their safety and well-being. You will work collaboratively with families, fostering positive relationships and empowering them to achieve their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify their needs and strengths. Developing and implementing tailored support plans in partnership with families and other professionals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings to ensure coordinated support and intervention. Providing guidance and support to families, helping them navigate challenges and access resources.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in children’s social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families.
