To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably within a looked after children context.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a caseload.
