Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and adults at risk. Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. Providing direct support and intervention to individuals and families in crisis. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in safeguarding, child protection, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
