  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of safeguarding strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and working with looked after children.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
