Westminster - Practice Manager - CMHT £40 p/h

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to join our Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Westminster. This position offers a competitive rate of £40 per hour and provides an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need of mental health support.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CMHT, ensuring efficient delivery of services
  • Manage a team of social workers, support staff, and other professionals to provide high-quality care to service users
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, maintaining high standards of practice
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a mental health or social care setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in mental health care
