You'll deputise for the Advocacy Manager, supporting the management of caseworkers and frontline staff, ensuring the smooth delivery and ongoing development of the service.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience managing frontline teams and handling complex cases

  • A strong background in service development and evaluation

  • Skills in meeting targets, data reporting, and monitoring

  • A commitment to supporting vulnerable people and maintaining their safety

  • A current DBS or willingness to complete one
