Bedford Advance Prac - Integrated Front Door & Assessment
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bedford Advance Practitioner for our Integrated Front Door & Assessment team in the Qualified Social Work field. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families, conducting assessments, and providing support to those in need. Your expertise will contribute to the development of effective intervention strategies and collaborative working practices across various agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans in partnership with families and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Providing expert advice and support to social work colleagues and other professionals.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to the development of best practices.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and maintaining accurate records.
