Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of adult needs and risks. Developing and implementing person-centered care plans. Providing expert guidance and support to junior social workers and students. Managing complex cases and ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies. Engaging with community resources and services to promote independence.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Significant experience in adult social care, including knowledge of legislation and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
