We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker with expertise in safeguarding to help us deliver high-quality services to our community.
As a member of our Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for:
Assessing the needs and risks of adults in vulnerable situations. Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Conducting investigations into safeguarding concerns and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Working closely with multi-agency partners to promote best practices in safeguarding. Providing support and guidance to colleagues and other professionals in safeguarding matters.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
