The City of Westminster is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's TM - Mental Health Team. This dynamic role requires a skilled professional who is committed to improving the lives of our residents experiencing mental health challenges. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and various stakeholders to provide high-quality support and intervention.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and developing tailored care plans. Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals with mental health issues. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic service delivery. Monitoring and reviewing clients' progress and adjusting care plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in mental health social work. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
