We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Worker (SSW) to join our CIN/CP Team in Birmingham. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our community. As a Children's Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing ongoing support to children and families in need. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA Social Work, MA Social Work, or equivalent).
  • Active registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
