Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Collaborating with a range of professionals, including healthcare, education, and law enforcement, to ensure comprehensive support. Developing and implementing effective intervention plans tailored to individual family circumstances. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national policies. Participating in regular team meetings and case conferences to share insights and improve service delivery.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children and families.
