Join our dedicated Adult's Social Work - Mental Health Team in Bolton as a Qualified Social Worker. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to support adults facing mental health challenges. In this role, you will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery, independence, and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users’ needs and risks. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users. Providing direct support and interventions to individuals experiencing mental health issues. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Experience in adult social work, particularly in mental health settings. Strong assessment and analytical skills.
