We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Social Worker specializing in Mental Health to join our dynamic team in Bolton. This role is pivotal in providing support and guidance to adults experiencing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the best care and resources available. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and monitoring progress, adjusting care plans as necessary. Working closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care. Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals, ensuring they have access to necessary services and resources.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Experience in mental health social work, preferably with adults. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
