Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing effective care plans in partnership with children, families, and other stakeholders. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of casework and interventions. Providing ongoing support and guidance to foster carers and families. Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to the development of service improvements.To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (degree or diploma) and current Social Work England registration. Experience working in children’s services, particularly with children in care. Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and professionals.
