We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join a supportive Adult Mental Health Team in Salisbury, working with adults aged 18+ who have severe and enduring mental health needs.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks, subject to performance and pre-employment clearances.
The Role
You will:
Undertake assessments, care planning and reviewsCoordinate support across community and hospital settingsWork closely with individuals, families and partner agenciesPromote recovery, independence and positive outcomesManage a varied caseload within a multidisciplinary teamAbout YouQualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent)Registered with Social Work EnglandExperience working with adults, ideally within mental health servicesStrong assessment and care coordination skillsAble to work flexibly across community and hospital settingsWorking Pattern
Hybrid working is in place, with a mix of:
Office-based workHome workingCommunity visits
