We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Autism Team in Warrington. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify needs and develop tailored support plans.

  • Monitoring and reviewing progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements and best practices.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with adults with autism or related disabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice frameworks in social work.
