To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Current Social Work registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in assessing needs and implementing effective interventions.
