The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in child protection and family support, particularly within kinship care.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
