To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and families.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a caseload efficiently.
