We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Mental Health/Front Door Team in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting adults facing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and resources. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community services, and families to develop and implement effective support plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and mental health conditions.
  • Developing and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and intervention to promote mental well-being and recovery.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, BA Social Work).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in adult mental health services.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
