  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in accordance with statutory requirements.

  • Working closely with families, schools, and other agencies to facilitate effective service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in compliance with local and national guidelines.
  • Participating in court proceedings and providing expert testimony as required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in child protection and family support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
