We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - C&F Team in Bradford. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children and young people within our care. You will work collaboratively with families, other professionals, and agencies to provide high-quality support and intervention, helping to create positive outcomes for children and their families.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in partnership with families and stakeholders. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of children and families to ensure effective intervention. Providing support and guidance to families to promote positive parenting and family dynamics. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrated experience working with children and families in a social work context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
