We are seeking a qualified Children's Social Worker who is committed to promoting the welfare and well-being of children within our community.
As a Children's Social Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of key duties, including:
Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual family situations. Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive support. Providing guidance and support to families to enhance their parenting skills. Managing a caseload effectively while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with the Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
