Children's SW - Family Safeguarding Team - West Sussex
Join our dedicated Family Safeguarding Team in West Sussex as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and well-being of children and families in our community. As a Children's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in children’s social work, preferably within a safeguarding context.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to working with families.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding practices.
