We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CSW - Social Worker - Assessment and Safeguarding to join our dynamic team in the Qualified Social Work field. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing the needs of vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting their rights and dignity. Key responsibilities and duties include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to identify their needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure the effectiveness of interventions and support services. Providing expert advice and support to clients, families, and other stakeholders regarding safeguarding issues. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including health and education professionals, to promote integrated services. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.Essential qualifications and skills for this role include:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW). Registration with Social Work England or equivalent body. Experience in assessment and safeguarding practices within a social work context. Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
