Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and goals. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Providing direct therapeutic interventions, including adaptive techniques and equipment recommendations. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to care. Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educating clients and their families about strategies to enhance daily living skills.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy. Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience in adult occupational therapy, preferably within a community or rehabilitation setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
