As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care and support. Monitoring and reviewing care plans regularly to ensure they remain effective and relevant. Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly within a locality team setting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
