To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in a CIC setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in child welfare.
