As a member of our Front Door Team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial assessments and evaluating the needs of children and families. Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding measures are in place. Providing guidance and support to families to promote positive outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of best practices.The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Strong understanding of child protection legislation and safeguarding practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
