Join our dedicated Children's Social Work - Help and Protection Team in Coventry as a Qualified Social Worker. We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will work collaboratively with other agencies to assess and support vulnerable children and their families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and families. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support families in crisis. Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely and effective support. Working closely with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote their welfare. Documenting case progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with statutory requirements.To be successful in this position, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
