We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker who is passionate about child welfare and committed to delivering high-quality assessments and interventions.
As a Children's Social Worker in our team, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks. Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support children and their families. Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for children. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with statutory requirements. Providing support and guidance to families, empowering them to make positive changes.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly in assessment and intervention. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
