We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Adult's Social Work - MASH Team in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to make a significant impact in the lives of vulnerable adults. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding adults, assessing their needs, and ensuring they receive the appropriate support and services.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of adults in need, including risk assessments and care planning. Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care. Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with local and national guidelines. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in safeguarding and assessment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
