To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in child protection, children in need, and looked after children services.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
