We are seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to provide high-quality support and interventions to adults experiencing mental health issues. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team, working to enhance the wellbeing of our service users through comprehensive assessments, tailored support plans, and effective advocacy.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs and risks to develop individualized care plans. Providing direct support and intervention to clients, ensuring their mental health needs are met. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Advocating for clients' rights and facilitating access to necessary services and resources.To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within mental health settings. Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
