We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Children's TM - MASH Team in Cambridgeshire. This pivotal role involves working collaboratively within a multi-agency framework to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people. You will be at the forefront of assessing and responding to immediate risks, ensuring that vulnerable children receive the support they need to thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families in need of support. Collaborating with partner agencies to share information and coordinate effective interventions. Developing and implementing child protection plans in line with legislative requirements. Providing advice and support to families, ensuring they are empowered to make positive changes. Maintaining accurate and timely records of casework and interventions.To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in a MASH or similar setting. Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
