As a member of our team, you will have key responsibilities that include:
Conducting assessments and developing care plans for children and families. Working directly with children and their families to provide support, guidance, and advocacy. Collaborating with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Maintaining accurate and timely case records in accordance with statutory requirements. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of services.To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Experience working with children and families in a social work capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
