Fieldwork Team - Social worker -Nottingham city
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Fieldwork Team in Nottingham city. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to support vulnerable individuals and families in the community.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the needs of service users
- Providing direct support and intervention to individuals and families in crisis situations
- Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure holistic care and support
- Advocating for the rights and wellbeing of service users and promoting their independence
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions
Essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a relevant degree and HCPC registration
- Demonstrated experience in fieldwork and working with vulnerable populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging situations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies in social work practice
