We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Fieldwork Team in Nottingham city. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to support vulnerable individuals and families in the community.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Providing direct support and intervention to individuals and families in crisis situations

Essential qualifications and skills:
