  • Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring and reviewing safeguarding plans to ensure their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
  • Providing support and guidance to families and carers, ensuring they are involved in the safeguarding process.
  • Documenting case notes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with local policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult safeguarding and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex situations and develop effective interventions.
