Adult's SW - MASH Team - Oldham

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult's Social Worker to join the MASH Team in Oldham. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing support to vulnerable adults in need.

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Undertaking comprehensive assessments of adults at risk of harm or in need of support
  • Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to coordinate interventions and safeguarding measures
  • Providing advocacy and support to service users to promote their well-being and independence
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in line with statutory requirements
  • Participating in case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings as required

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a valid HCPC registration
  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable adults in a social care setting
  • Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a complex caseload
