We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Hospital Team in Oxfordshire. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality support to adults with complex needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting the well-being and independence of our service users while ensuring their rights and dignity are upheld.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users’ needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Providing advice, support, and guidance to service users and their families.
  • Advocating for service users’ rights and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with local policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within adult social care, particularly in a hospital setting.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
