We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - Locality Team in Essex. - Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Proven experience working in adult social care settings.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
