Join our dedicated Neighbourhood Team in Essex as a Qualified Social Worker, where you will play a vital role in improving the lives of adults in our community. As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with individuals, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality social care services. Your expertise will help to assess needs, develop care plans, and ensure that vulnerable adults receive the support they require to lead fulfilling lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of adult service users to identify their needs and strengths. Developing and implementing person-centred care plans in collaboration with service users and their families. Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals, helping them to navigate challenges and access resources. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, to ensure holistic care delivery. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with social care regulations and policies.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in adult social work, particularly in community settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in adult social care.
