As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of service users’ needs and risks.
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in partnership with service users and their families.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals and their families.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and contributing to team discussions.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in adult social work, particularly in community settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
