  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records in compliance with local policies and legislation.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings to coordinate services and support for families.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrated experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and child protection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities effectively.
